No need to measure each spice out individually – the perfect mix is at your fingertips.

Speculoos Spice is packed with warming spices like cinnamon, clove, star anise and nutmeg, making it the perfect spice mix for Christmas flavours. More exciting than just allspice, our Speculoos Spice blend can be used to spice up Christmas cookies, mincemeat, Christmas pudding, Christmas cake, trifle and more.

We recommend using Speculoos Spice anywhere your recipe calls for cinnamon or allspice – up to 3 tsp per 500 g of flour. The depth of flavour from speculoos (or speculaas) is second to none. Add a heaped teaspoon or two to the base of a biscoff cheesecake. Stir some into your mincemeat before baking mince pies. Spice up your festive whipped cream for a Christmas Day trifle. Stir into coffee or sprinkle onto ice cream. The spicy possibilities are endless!

Our spice mixtures, toppings and seasonings are packaged so that they’re impermeable to light and air. That means they stay fresher for longer whilst retaining their intense flavour. However, it’s important that you store the pots in a cool and dry place. You’ll find the best-before date printed on the bottom of the pot. Our Speculoos Spice has a shelf life of 30 months from production, but we’re sure it won’t take that long before you need your next one!
