    smoked salmon

Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the flour and milk, season with salt, and mix until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and divide between 12 muffin cups. Place the muffin tin in the oven for 5 minutes to get really hot.

Remove the muffin tin and carefully pour the batter in the 12 muffin cups, then bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.

Halve the finished Yorkshire puddings and top each with 1 tablespoon of crème fraiche, the smoked salmon, fresh dill and the Salmon Seasoning.
