Preheat the BBQ to a medium heat.

Prepare the vegetables. Cut the courgette and aubergine into slices about 1 cm thick. Wash the peppers, cut in half, remove the seeds, remove the white fibres with a knife and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into quarters. Peel the sweet potato and cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody ends.

Cut the halloumi into slices about 1 cm thick. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Juice the lemon.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, Vegetable Allrounder and lemon juice.

Coat the vegetables and halloumi with the oil mixture.

Place the marinated vegetables and halloumi on the grill. Grill for 5–8 minutes per side until the vegetables are soft and lightly browned.

Arrange the grilled vegetables and halloumi on a large platter, garnish with optional parsley and serve.
