    JS Rice Allrounder
  • 150 g
    long grain rice
  • 250 g
    sugar snap peas
  • 3
    carrots
  • 3
    spring onions
  • 1
    red pepper
  • 1
    onion
  • 3 tbsp
    sunflower oil

Cook the rice according to the packet instructions, rinse and strain.

Wash the mangetout and cut in half lengthways. Peel and finely grate the carrots. Wash the spring onion, cut in half lengthways and chop into 3 cm long pieces.

Wash and halve the red pepper, removing the seeds and white membranes with a knife. Cut into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the red pepper for 3 minutes over a medium heat. Add the onion and carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the rice and fry over a high heat for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, season with Rice Allrounder and fry for another 3 minutes.


Tip: Optionally stir in 2 beaten eggs just before serving.
