Prepare the couscous according to the packet instructions and season with the Rock Salt, lemon juice and olive oil.

Cut the tofu into cubes. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry the tofu for 5 minutes until crispy. Then deglaze with soy sauce and season with the Chicken Seasoning.

Clean the radishes and slice finely. Wash the cucumber and also cut into thin slices. Peel, halve and slice the onion. Pit the avocado and cut into cubes.

Finally, arrange all the ingredients together in 2 bowls and garnish with a slice of lemon and some fresh parsley.
