    spelt flour, sieved

    soft, ripe banana
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 tbsp
    cocoa
  • 2 tsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp
    agave syrup
  • For the chocolate cream:

  • 2 pinches
    Oatmeal Spice

    crème fraiche alternative
  • 1 tbsp
    agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp
    cocoa powder

For the batter, combine all the ingredients, whisking until the batter is mostly smooth. Some lumps are ok.

For the chocolate cream, stir together the vegan crème fraiche, agave syrup, cocoa powder and Oatmeal Spice and place in the fridge until required.

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and pour in 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake. Grease the pan with a little extra coconut oil if necessary.

Cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side – flip when you see bubbles forming. Stack the pancakes on a plate and top with the chocolate cream and any other toppings of your choice.
