  • For the Caesar dressing:

  • 6 tbsp
    vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp
    vegan cheese alternative, finely grated
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2
    lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp
    Worcestershire sauce
  • For the filling:

  • 4 tsp
    Chicken Seasoning

  • 400 g
    vegan chicken alternative
  • 2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 2
    cos lettuce hearts
  • 2
    large tomatoes
  • 40 g
    vegan cheese alternative, sliced
  • In addition:

    flour tortillas

For the Caesar dressing, mix the vegan mayonnaise and mustard. Crush the garlic clove and add to the dressing with the grated cheese alternative. Season the dressing with lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the vegan chicken on all sides until lightly browned. Season with the Chicken Seasoning and fry for a further 1–2 minutes. Finally, season with the soy sauce, remove from the pan and set aside.

Wash the cos lettuce thoroughly, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces. Wash and roughly dice the tomatoes.

Divide the Caesar dressing between the wraps and top with the lettuce, diced tomatoes and vegan chicken. Sprinkle with the cheese alternative and roll up tightly. Cut in half, wrap in baking paper and take with you to lunch.
