Prepare the udon noodles according to the packet instructions. Then drain, rinse in cold water and marinate with the chilli sauce.

Cut the smoked tofu into thin slices. Cut the broccoli into fine florets. Clean the mushrooms and slice thinly. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu over a high heat for 2 minutes until crisp. Remove and set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil to the pan and fry the mushrooms over a high heat for 3 minutes. Then deglaze with the soy sauce and mix in the Chinese Allrounder.

Arrange all the ingredients in 2 bowls and garnish with extra chilli flakes if desired.
