1
Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Drain the tuna.

2
In a large saucepan over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they turn soft and translucent. Add the drained tuna, Funghi Organic Tomato Sauce with Porcini Mushrooms, Salmon Seasoning, vegetable stock and the penne pasta. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure the pasta cooks evenly and absorbs the flavours.

3
Preheat your oven to fan 200°C, with the grill function on.

4
Slice the olives into rings and finely chop the basil. Stir both into the pasta mixture just before baking. Carefully transfer the pasta mixture, along with all of the sauce, into a large baking dish. Sprinkle the top evenly with the mozzarella.

5
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Tip: Feel free to add extra olives or capers if you prefer a bit more of a salty, briny kick.
