Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. Add the spring onion and season with the Sandwich Seasoning.

Butter both sides of the bread and fry in a pan until golden brown. Remove from the pan and top 2 slices with a piece of cheese. Spread the tuna filling on top, cover with the remaining cheese and top with the other slices of bread.

Finally, return the sandwiches to the pan and fry on both sides for about 4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
