Preheat the oven to 200°C or fan 180°C.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the passata and water. Season with three pinches of salt and the Tomato Mozzarella Seasoning and bring to the boil.

Place the rigatoni in a casserole dish and pour over the cherry tomato sauce. Drain the mozzarella, roughly tear into chunks and arrange over the pasta. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
