    garlic
  • 1
    lime, organic
  • 50 g
    fresh ginger
  • 1
    chilli pepper
  • 2 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp
    maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp
    roasted sesame seeds

Finely grate the garlic and the ginger and zest the lime. Cut the chilli into thin rings. Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with the juice of the lime and the Thai Allrounder.


Tip: The marinade is enough for about 800 g of tofu.
