Ingredients

Make the coffee and let it cool. Pour into ice cube moulds and freeze for 6 hours or until frozen.

Whip the cream to soft peaks. Add the coffee ice cubes to a blender with the milk and sugar, and blend. Divide the iced coffee between 2 tall glasses, dollop the cream on top and sprinkle with Coffee Kiss.
Tip: If you don’t have much time, blend normal ice cubes with milk, sugar and 2 tsp instant coffee. Garnish as above.
