  • 1 tsp
    baking powder

  • 100 ml
    full-fat milk
  • 4 tbsp
    sunflower oil
  • 100 ml
    fizzy water
  • 3 tbsp
    chocolate spread
  • 100 g
    berries of your choice
  • 1 pinch
    salt

For the pancakes, place the flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl and whisk together thoroughly.

Add the eggs, milk and 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the bowl and whisk in well. Some lumps are okay.

Brush a non-stick pan with the rest of the sunflower oil and heat.

Pour 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake. Place 1 tablespoon of chocolate spread in the middle of the pancake and cover with another tablespoon of batter. After around 2 minutes, flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat until you have used all the batter.

Wash and pat dry the berries. Garnish the finished pancakes with the berries and a sprinkling of Sweet Allrounder.
