  • 3 pinches
    JS Italian Sandwich Seasoning
  • 250 g
    mozzarella
  • 2 packets
    fresh pizza dough
  • 2 tins
    chopped tomatoes (400 g)
  • 1 bunch
    basil
  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 pinch
    salt, pepper

1
Preheat the oven to fan 200°C.

2
Roughly tear two-thirds of the mozzarella into small pieces and season in a small bowl with 3 pinches of Italian Sandwich Seasoning. Roll out the pizza dough and cut each sheet into 8 equal pieces.

3
Place a piece of mozzarella on each and fold over to form a ball.

Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking parchment in a circle so that they touch.

5
Roughly tear the remaining mozzarella into small pieces and sprinkle over the dough balls. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
