    agave syrup

  • 4 tbsp
    frozen raspberries

  • 1 pinch

To make the pancake batter, whisk the flour with the agave syrup, eggs, milk, a pinch of salt and a pinch of Coffee Kiss until mostly smooth. Some lumps are okay.

Grease a large non-stick frying pan with a knob of butter and let it get hot. Ladle in a big spoonful of batter onto the pan and tip the pan around to spread the batter out. Cook the pancake on each side for about 1 minute. Remove from the pan and place on a plate covered with foil in a low oven to keep warm. Continue like this with the rest of the batter.

Wash, then cut the apple into little cubes. Roughly mash the frozen raspberries with a fork.

Fill the crêpes with the yoghurt and top with the fruit and 4 pinches of Coffee Kiss.
