Wash the peppers, remove the tops and finely dice them. Remove the seeds and put them aside. Peel, halve and finely dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Pick the parsley leaves and chop finely.

Preheat the oven to fan 180°C.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic together with the onion for 4 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry over a high heat for another 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well. Add the rice and simmer for 3 minutes. Mix in the parsley and season with the Ground Meat Seasoning and salt. Scrape the mixture into the peppers, cover with the cheese and bake for 35 minutes.

Remove the stuffed peppers from the oven and leave them to cool for 2 minutes.
