Preheat the oven to 200°C or fan 180°C.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices around half a centimetre thick. Peel and cut the garlic in half.

Add the cream, crème fraiche, garlic, Potato Allrounder and 3 pinches of salt to a pan and bring to the boil, then remove from the hob. Remove the garlic and fold in 50 g of Parmesan.

Grease a casserole dish and layer the potato slices so that they overlap slightly. Pour over the cream mixture and sprinkle over the remaining Parmesan.

Cook the potato gratin in the oven for around 50 minutes. Wash, pat dry and finely chop the parsley. Serve the gratin with a sprinkling of parsley on top.
