Wash the chives, pat dry and finely slice. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice. Mix the lime juice with the cream cheese and chives in a bowl.

Wash the cucumber, quarter, deseed and slice thinly. Cut the avocado in half, open it, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Cut the avocado into strips.

Place half of the smoked salmon on a bamboo mat, overlapping slightly, and shape into a rectangle measuring about 12 × 7 cm. Spread half of the cream cheese on top, place the cucumber and avocado strips in the centre and roll up tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients so you have two rolls.

Finely chop the parsley. Mix the chopped parsley with the Avocado Topping on a plate and roll the salmon rolls in it. Serve as two rolls or slice into sushi!
