Put the sugar into a saucepan and add the milk.

Bring to the boil over a medium heat. Stir in the semolina, one spoon at a time. Bring back to the boil briefly while stirring.

Reduce the heat and simmer over a low heat for 2–3 minutes until it thickens.

Pour into 4 bowls and leave to cool completely. Mix berries in a bowl with the Sweet Allrounder and add on top of the semolina pudding.
