    white balsamic vinegar

Cook the rice according to the packet instructions, strain and stir in half a tablespoon of olive oil.

Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and finely chop. Chop the red cabbage into strips, wash and dry with a salad spinner. Place the red pepper and cabbage in a bowl and stir in the balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with 2 pinches of salt.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon for 2 minutes on each side over a medium heat. Turn over the salmon fillets, then season with the Salmon Seasoning and a pinch of salt. Remove the salmon from the pan and cut into cubes.

Serve the salmon with the rice and vegetables.


Tip: This meal can easily be prepared in advance. Just store in a resealable container and enjoy for dinner the following day.
