    balsamic vinegar

    grapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp
    spirulina powder
  • For the salad:

    feta cheese

For the dressing, blend all the ingredients until smooth in a blender.

Halve, pit and peel the avocado and cut into thin slices. Halve, seed and dice the peppers. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel the cucumber into long strips with a peeler. Wash the spinach and spin dry. Cut the blackberries in half.

Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with the dressing and garnish with the Avocado Topping.
