Preheat the oven to 250°C – preferably with a pizza stone, or use an upturned baking tray.

Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Core the peppers and finely dice. Cut the broccoli into little florets. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Tear the mozzarella and squeeze lightly. Drain the sweetcorn.

Stretch out a pizza dough round on a floured work surface with your hands to a diameter of about 26 cm. Spread some sour cream on it and sprinkle the mozzarella on top. Arrange the vegetables over the pizza like a rainbow and bake in the oven for about 5–8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and season with the Pizza Topping. Continue in the same way with the rest of the dough.
