Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and roughly dice the carrot.

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the vegetables for five minutes over a medium heat. Add the minced beef and fry for 4 minutes over a high heat until brown and crispy.

Add the tin of tomatoes and season with the Bolognese Seasoning and a couple of pinches of salt. Simmer over a medium heat for 20 minutes.

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions until al dente and strain.

Just before the sauce is ready, add in the milk, fold in the pasta and serve with Parmesan.
