    JS Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 500 g
    Greek yoghurt
  • 50 g
    icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp
    honey
  • 100 ml
    double cream
  • chopped walnuts

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the Greek yoghurt with the Pumpkin Pie Spice, honey and icing sugar.

Add the cream and mix well again, pour into a shallow, freezer-proof bowl and spread out evenly.

Cover the bowl and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture thoroughly every half hour to achieve a creamy consistency.

After a total of 4 hours in the freezer, remove the froyo and leave at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Garnish with chopped walnuts, then serve.
