  • 2 tbsp
    Aglio e Olio Seasoning
Garlicky spice mix for pasta £3.99 £79.80/kg incl. 0% tax, excl. shipping
  • 250 g
    cream cheese
  • 250 g
    cream cheese, red pepper flavour
  • 3
    spring onions, sliced thinly
  • 1
red pepper, diced finely (do not discard stalk!)
  • 200 g
    sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 100 g
    tortilla chips, crushed

1
Using a hand blender or stand mixer, thoroughly mix together both types of cream cheese.

2
Then carefully stir in the Aglio e Olio Seasoning, spring onions, red pepper and grated Cheddar.

3
Lie out a long piece of cling film on a work surface. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the centre, then carefully form the mixture into a ball, using the cling film to help. Wrap tightly, making two layers of cling film as you go around.

4
Next, put four large, wide rubber bands around your ball. If necessary, double up each rubber band to create good indentations for the pumpkin look.

5
Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least two hours (overnight is best).

6
After the chilling time, remove the rubber bands and carefully peel off the cling film. Roll the cheese ball pumpkin in the tortilla crumbs. Place the red pepper’s stalk on the top and gently press it in.

7
Serve the cheese pumpkin with crackers or more tortilla chips.
