    apples
  • 4 tbsp
    agave sirup
  • 200 g
    pumpkin puree
  • 350 ml
    oat milk
  • 150 g
    rolled oats
  • 1 handful
    pecans
  • 4 tbsp
    soy yoghurt
  • salt

Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut each apple into 16 wedges.

Bring the agave syrup to a boil in a pan, sauté the apple wedges for 5 minutes, turning several times, until soft, and season with 2 pinches of Pumpkin Pie Spice.

In a saucepan, bring the pumpkin puree and oat milk to the boil and add the oats, 2 pinches of Pumpkin Pie Spice and 1 pinch of salt.

Simmer over a gentle heat for 5 minutes and then divide the porridge into 4 bowls.

Top with the apple slices and garnish with pecans and 1 spoonful of soy yoghurt in each.
