Wash and peel the potatoes, then chop into approximately thumb-sized cubes.

Place the potato cubes in a large bowl of cold water and allow to soak for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, heat approximately 500ml sunflower oil (according to the size of the pan) in a large saucepan or frying pan.

Remove the potatoes from the water and allow to dry on a towel.

For the tomato sauce, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and set to one side.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion and garlic over a medium heat for approximately 4 minutes and season with salt and Extra Spicy Seasoning. Add the vinegar to the onion and garlic and then the chopped tomatoes. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes and then puree with a hand blender.

When the sunflower oil reaches a constant 180 °C, deep fry the potato cubes for 8 minutes until golden.

After 8 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oil, and mix in a bowl with the Roast Potato Seasoning.

Serve the hot potatoes immediately with the Salsa Brava and enjoy!
