1
Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Rub the potatoes with oil and place them on a baking tray in the oven and bake for 25 minutes. Reduce the heat to 190°C and bake the potatoes for another 30 minutes. Check with a skewer to see whether the potatoes are cooked. Then remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Cut open in a cross shape and lightly squeeze the potato from the bottom upwards. In the meantime, prepare the fillings.

2
For the chilli con carne filling, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over high heat. Add the minced beef and fry on a high heat for about 5 minutes till it is nicely browned. Reduce the heat, add the onion, garlic and Potato All Rounder and fry for a further 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and reduce the mixture. Add the sweetcorn and kidney beans and season with the Potato Allrounder and pepper. Fill two potatoes with 1 tbsp crème fraiche and the grated cheese, spread the chilli con carne on top and bake for 15 minutes.

3
For the creamy mushroom filling, first slice the mushrooms. Wash and roughly chop the parsley. Heat a frying pan without oil on high. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 4 minutes on all sides until nicely browned. Reduce the heat and add the cream. Reduce for about 3 minutes till it thickens slightly. Add the Potato Allrounder and the parsley. Fill two potatoes with cheese, top with the mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes.

4
For the cheesy bean filling, sprinkle two potatoes with the Potato Allrounder. Fill with the Baked Beans, top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.

5
For the last filling, mix all ingredients together, fill two potatoes with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes.
