Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the olive oil in a wide pot and fry the onion over a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add the Pasta Allrounder and fry again for about 30 seconds.

Add the chopped tomatoes and 200 ml of water and bring to a boil. Season with 4 pinches of salt and add the pasta. Simmer everything together for about 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.

In the meantime, wash the spinach and spin dry. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. About 5 minutes before the end of cooking time, stir in the spinach and cherry tomatoes.
