Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat).

Cut the sausages in half, roll out the puff pastry, sprinkle the Ground Meat Seasoning and cut into strips about 1 cm thick. Wrap it around the sausages, leaving some space for the eyes at one end of the sausage.

Place the wrapped sausages on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Allow the mummy dogs to cool briefly. Then shape the eyes using two blobs of mustard and a peppercorn for each pupil.
