Wash the mint, pat dry and chop finely. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Mix the yoghurt, mint, garlic and Meat Allrounder in a bowl.

Cut the lamb into cubes, discarding the bone. Add the lamb to the marinade and make sure that each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat the barbecue or grill pan to a medium heat. Soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning.

Peel the onion and cut into quarters. Wash the courgettes and peppers. Cut off both ends of the courgette, halve lengthways and cut into slices. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and innards, and cut into pieces.

Thread the lamb, onion, courgette and pepper alternately onto the skewers.

Brush the kebabs with olive oil, place on the BBQ or griddle pan, and grill for 10–12 minutes. Turn occasionally until the lamb and vegetables are cooked.
