Method

Wash the lettuce and spin dry. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into thin slices. Tear the mozzarella into strips.

Heat the tortilla wraps according to package directions and spread each with 1 tbsp ajvar. Top with lettuce, but leave some for later. Divide the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella equally among the wraps. Sprinkle each with 2 tsp of Tomato Mozzarella Seasoning. Top with the sun-dried tomatoes and olives, add the remaining lettuce and roll up into a wrap. Slice the wrap into equal slices and serve face-up.
