  • 2 tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 185°C (top/bottom heat).

Cut the courgettes, peppers and aubergine into 2 cm cubes and tip into a baking dish with the olives. Place the feta in the middle on top.

Mix the tinned tomatoes, tomato paste and olive oil with the Feta Seasoning and spread over the vegetables. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the fusilli in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.

Remove the casserole dish from the oven and mix the feta in with the vegetables until creamy. Then add the pasta and fold in.
