Tip: This marinated feta tastes wonderful spread thickly on crunchy baguette or scattered over salads.

Marinated feta

How do you marinade feta? Pack a jar with cubed feta and Feta Seasoning, add other flavour makers of choice (we love thyme and chilli, but garlic is also delicious), and cover the whole lot in good-quality olive oil. Leave your feta in the fridge for a few hours to soak up all that herby, spicy goodness, then serve. Jars of marinated feta also make lovely gifts if you’re invited to a barbecue this summer!
