    Greek yoghurt (full-fat) or cream cheese
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1
    mango, ripe
  • 2
    spring onions
  • 2 tbsp
    mango chutney
  • salt, pepper
  • coriander

Put the yoghurt or cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. Then add the curry powder and mix well.

Peel the mango, remove as much flesh from the stone as you can, then dice the flesh. Wash the spring onions and slice thinly.

Add the mango and mango chutney to the yoghurt mixture and fold in. Add the spring onions to the dip and mix well.

Season the dip with salt and pepper to taste, transfer to a bowl and serve, garnished with fresh coriander.
