Mix the lukewarm milk with the yeast and sugar. Place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for 60 minutes.

2
Scrape the sour cream into a bowl. Peel and finely grate the garlic and add to the sour cream. Then flavour with Aglio e Olio seasoning.

3
For the toppings, fry the bacon in a pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes until crispy. Finely slice the spring onions and chop the parsley, discarding the stems.

5
Heat plenty of oil in a large pan to about 180°C and fry the langos on both sides for around 5 minutes until crispy.

6
Finally, top the langos with the sour cream, spring onions, grated cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.

Langos, the Hungarian fried bread, is a real classic at German Christmas markets! Crispy fried dough is topped with a delicious sour cream seasoned with our Aglio e Olio Seasoning. There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to the toppings. For vegetarians, langos bread also tastes great without bacon.
