2 tsp

brown sugar
240 ml

freshly brewed coffee
80 ml

Irish whiskey

Method

Lightly whip the cream and brew fresh coffee.

Add 1 tsp brown sugar to each of two pre-warmed mugs or heatproof glasses.

Divide the hot coffee between the glasses and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

Add 40 ml Irish whiskey to each drink, stirring to combine.

Carefully pour the softly whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto each coffee so it floats on top.

Sprinkle with a pinch of Coffee Kiss and serve.
