    JS Banana Bread Seasoning
  • 300 g
    porridge oats
  • 100 g
    sliced almonds
  • 100 g
    chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g
    pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp
    coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp
    agave syrup
  • 2 pinches
    salt

Preheat the oven to 185°C (top/bottom heat).

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Spread out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.

Leave to cool on the baking tray and then seal in an airtight container.
