Preheat the oven to fan 180°C.

Scrub the potatoes (no need to peel!). Place a wooden skewer to the left and right of each long edge of the potato and cut slices down into the potato in a fan shape. The wooden skewers make sure you don’t cut right through to the bottom.

Heat the butter in a saucepan and mix with the Roast Potato Seasoning.

Place the potatoes with the cut side facing up on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the potatoes with the butter and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Wash the parsley, pat dry, chop finely and mix with the grated Parmesan. Sprinkle the Parmesan over the potatoes 10 minutes before the end of the baking time.


Tip: Before serving, sprinkle a little rock salt over the potatoes.
