Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Cut the ham into strips. Wash the spring onions and slice into thin rings.

Place the mushrooms and ham in a raclette pan, cover with raclette cheese and sprinkle over the spring onions.

Season with Aglio e Olio Seasoning and melt under the raclette grill until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
