1
Wash the chilli and remove as many of the seeds as you want. (The more seeds you leave in, the spicier it will be!) Place in a high-sided bowl.

2
Thoroughly blend the chillies with the coconut milk and the Chicken Curry Seasoning using a hand blender. Wash, dry and zest the lime, adding the zest to the marinade.

3
Put the wings in the marinade and chill for around 60 minutes.

4
Heat the grill to 220°C.

5
Put the wings on a stainless-steel baking tray and sprinkle some more Chicken Curry Seasoning all over.

6
Place the baking tray under the grill for around 25 minutes until the wings are crunchy and delicious. Don’t forget to flip the wings at least once!

Grilled chicken wings

Crunchy, crispy, finger-licking goodness! These spicy chicken wings are sure to be a hit at your next gathering. Quick and easy to prepare, the Curry Seasoning is elevated by red chilli, lime and coconut, adding a subtle sweetness to the final dish. Serve with other finger food and let the lip smacking begin!

Wings or wingettes?

The wing of a chicken is actually split into three separate parts – the drum, the wingette and the tip. All three are delicious, depending on how much you love dark meat and crispy chicken skin!
