Wash the beans and cut them into pieces about 3 cm long. Put on a pot of salted water and simmer the beans for 10 minutes. Then drain and rinse with ice-cold water.

Cut the Serrano ham into fine cubes. Halve and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion over medium heat for 5 minutes. Season with the Italian Allrounder. Add the diced ham and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the beans and the tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, season to taste with salt.


Tip: Serve with roast chicken or pan-fried fish.
