Peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and mince the garlic.

Drain the tuna. Sauté the onions and garlic over a medium heat until translucent. Add the tuna, tomato sauce, vegetable stock and pasta in a large saucepan, bring to the boil, and simmer over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Preheat the oven to fan 200°C with grill function.

Cut the olives into rings. Slice the basil finely and stir both into the pasta before baking. Carefully tip the pasta with all the sauce into a large baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.


Tip: Add extra olives and/or capers as desired.
