200 ggoat’s cheese

2 sprigsfresh rosemary

Wash the figs and cut them into quarters. Wash the rosemary and pat it dry.

Slice the goat’s cheese and roughly chop the walnuts.

Place the fig quarters in a raclette pan, top with slices of goat’s cheese, and sprinkle with the walnuts.

Pluck the rosemary leaves and scatter them over the pan.

Season with Italian Allrounder and melt under the raclette grill until warm and gooey.
