Wash the strawberries. Put 400 g of the strawberries with 1 tbsp icing sugar and the Sweet Allrounder in a tall container and puree with a hand blender. Strain through a sieve and set aside. Cut the remaining strawberries into quarters.

Whip the double cream with the remaining icing sugar in your stand mixer until stiff. Crumble the meringues and fold half into the cream. Add the strawberry puree to the bowl and stir gently to make a marbled cream. Pour the cream into 4 glasses, layering with the remaining strawberries and the meringue.
