Method

First, make the sugar syrup. Dissolve 50 g white sugar in 50 ml water in a pan over a low heat. Stir until the mixture turns clear. Pour into a clean bottle, measure out the 1 cl you need for this recipe, and store the remainder in the fridge.

Measure out the liquids into a cocktail shaker and shake well for 30 seconds. Then add the ice cubes and shake again for another 30 seconds.

Pour through a sieve into 2 martini glasses, sprinkle with Coffee Kiss and serve with the espresso beans.
