First, brew the espresso, mix it with the almond syrup and 2 tsp Coffee Kiss and let it cool down.

While the espresso is cooling, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with 1 tbsp of sugar until stiff.

Place the stiff egg whites in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.

Beat the egg yolks together with the sugar for 5 minutes until lighter in colour and foamy, then add the mascarpone and mix until you have a creamy thickened mixture.

Then carefully fold in the egg whites.

Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the espresso and cover the bottom of a baking dish (approx. 24 × 16 cm) with them.

Spread some cream on top of the layer of ladyfingers and then top with dipped ladyfingers again. Repeat this process until the cream has been used up.

Finally, mix some cocoa powder with the leftover Coffee Kiss and sieve evenly over the tiramisu.

The finished tiramisu should be refrigerated for at least 5 hours before serving.
