Combine the instant coffee, sugar, Coffee Kiss and hot water in a mixing bowl.

Using an electric hand mixer, beat the mixture vigorously for about 5 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. The consistency will be thick with stiff peaks.

Fill 4 glasses or cups with milk, leaving a little space at the top for the whipped coffee.

Spoon the whipped coffee evenly over the milk in the glasses. Serve immediately.

Optional: Add ice cubes to the milk for a refreshing iced coffee drink!

Dalgona coffee

Whipped coffee, a viral trend from Korea, is popular for a reason – it tastes amazing! Whipping the coffee with sugar and hot water can be done by hand, but we tried both ways and much prefer using a hand mixer. Alternatively, use a milk frother or stand mixer (especially if you’re making a large amount). The addition of Coffee Kiss to your Dalgona coffee gives a delicious warmth to the drink thanks to notes of cinnamon and cocoa.
