Preheat the oven to fan 180°C.

Place the cashews in a bowl. Pour the olive oil and agave syrup over the cashews and mix well. Add the Chicken Curry Seasoning powder, Extra Spicy Seasoning and salt, and stir through until the spices are evenly distributed.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread out the cashews. Roast the cashews in the oven for 8–10 minutes until toasty and golden brown. Remove the roasted curried cashews from the oven and leave to cool on the baking tray.

Serve in small bowls alongside a glass of something chilled.


Tip: The cashews can be kept for several days in an airtight container.
